What happened
Employee was spraying foam insulation inside of a camper shell. He was wearing the proper PPE including Tyvek suit hood PAPR but said he could smell the fumes. He spent about 90 minutes spraying and then left for lunch. As he was driving he noticed that things looked smokey. The cloudy or smokey vision continued to progress for a couple hours and he also developed a headache.
