Loading a trailer

A Contractor (IG) was loading a trailer in door 31 He was moving the dock plate when he was closing up the trailer the dock plate was still elevated he was putting the safety chain across the door he slipped (on the still elevated dock plate) fell forward landing on the left side of his body striking the part of the dock plate that was sticking up at a 90 degree angle. He came to work the [REDACTED] and he said he wanted to seek medical attention. We went to CARE NOW They gave him an X-ray and diagnosed him with cracked ribs they also saw some blood in one of his lungs They sent him to the ER.
