employee was trouble shooting station line up issues with sta 8 & sta 9 of the reverse dial on 9T3. After some minor adjustments employee reached into the machine with his flash light to verify station adjustments were effective

After some minor adjustments employee reached into the machine with his flash light to verify station adjustments were effective station cycled and grabbed his shirt sleeve and pulled his arm into the machine causing lacerations on his forearm. Employee was able to hit the E-stop once E-stop was activated machine energy was release and employee was able to free him self
