Employee was standing on a Genie lift platform as it was being elevated. The platform was being maneuvered between two walls of the crane.
What happened
As the Genie was maneuvered to desired position employee became unbalanced as platform stopped. Employee reached outside of lift platform to balance self causing his finger to be caught between platform of the lift and wall of crane.
