Employee was moving the dryer box dropped two screws which fell through the walkway approximately two feet off of the floor.

Employee forgot the walkway was open slipped through the opening as he attempted to pick up the screws. Fell through the small opening banging his chest and leg on the opening. He continued to work finishing his shift. After going home he decided to go to the ER for treatment.
