What happened
Arrived at customer 's home in the morning he was shown Garage entrance for carry in. Had carried in material and was walking out empty handed as he was exiting he stepped on a temporary step that was not secure. As he exited the house and stepped on the stepped it rolled forward and he fell. He landed on his butt on the door frame.
