Trying to give resident oral medications and put a medicated patch on resident 's back.
What happened
The resident took the cup of medication and cup of water from the employee and poured her medication into the cup of water. Then when the employee was trying to put the medicated patch on the resident 's back the resident threw the cup of medication water at the employee. The employee got hurt trying to get out of the way.
