What happened

I was walking back from the Mather Lab building to the Mather admin building [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. On the way back I rolled my ankle on the sidewalk and fell down. I caught myself with my hands and was able to get up and stand walk shortly. There were no witnesses outside that I am aware of. When I got inside the building I talked to a coworker who examined me to ensure I wasn?t bleeding. She noted some light scuff marks on my right forearm but no bleeding. Another coworker arrived later and we discussed the fall. Neither of them directly witnessed the fall.I currently have pain in my left wrist and left ankle. It hurts to turn my left hand palm face up or clockwise all the way and there is some moderate pain making it difficult to lift. I also have soreness in my left and right knees and my lower back and my right arm feels fatigued. No immediate first aid was administered.
