Was moving 8 whole blood boxes (filled with ice blocks & polar packs) on a metal cart along sidewalk (in freezing rain snow) to bring into bldg. The cart started rolling towards curb - had right hand holding bldg door open and had left hand on handle of cart when 2 of the cart wheels slid off curb and all boxes shifted and toppled over into parking lot before I could let go. My left elbow felt like it twisted and hyperextended all at once.
