What happened
Delivery associate stopped at a delivery stop and went up stairs to deliver package he was holding that was blocking his view. He recognized he was at the wrong apartment so he started making his way down the stairs and could not see as package was blocking his view and he missed a step bended his ankle and fell down the stairs with the packages. He felt pain in his ankle and head from the fall
