Contract worker from Elite employment agency was driving forklift picking order from rack 14 for a specific customer. When he was lifting pallet to place on rack 14 - level 3 he hit pallet from rack 15 falling injuring two contract workers . Several boxes allegedly fell from the top to bottom mostly hitting the back of her head and her upper mid back. The agency was notified immediately. The forklift driver was sent to agency for DT testing along with forklift recertification. see in additional details.
