THE EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HER PATIENT HAD A STROKE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING THE PATIENT UP WHILE CALLING OUT FOR ASSISTANCE. SHE STATES THAT THE PATIENT GRABBED THE GRAB BAR AND STATES THAT SHE WAS PULLING UP THE PATIENTS PANTS WHEN HE EXPERIENCED A STROKE. SHE STATES THAT THE PATIENTS BODY THEN WENT LIMP AND THIS CAUSED HER TO HAVE TO HOLD THE PATIENT UP WITH HER LEFT ARM AND LEFT HIP IN ORDER TO KEEP THE PATIENT FROM FALLING TO THE FLOOR.
