Employee reported lying down columns on the ground floor using the east crane. Employee was the flagger on this task. The chain was caught and tangled with fall protection post that was deployed when they rigged the column and set it down from the top floor. He pushed and tried to untangle the chain and reported feeling a cramp from the bottom of his lower back to the top of his neck He was working by himself. Employee states he felt a cramp .to his lower back to his neck.
