Claimant completed other type of lifting prior to incident - he moved gas cylinder-bottle. He said he regularly changes the gas cylinder at least once a week and described his technique to his supervisor. Based on description all proper procedures were followed.

Claimant was in the process of moving a door frame off his table to the welded frame cart directly in front of his welding table. As he was setting the frame down on the cart he said he felt a sharp pain shoot up his back and cause his right leg to give out underneath him. Claimant completed other type of lifting prior to incident - he moved gas cylinder-bottle.
