What happened
Student was attempting to flee the classroom and upon directing him back to his chair the student attacked her by pulling her hair and hitting her repeatedly in the face and head. She was walking backwards and stumbled student went on top of her continuing to hit her and pull hair. Staff bumped her head as she fell and could not get the student off of her. A fellow staff member had to pull the student off.
Injury or illness
Bump on the left side of the head with pain under left eye and on the head where she was hit. Hair was pulled and staff was hit on the right side of the head. Right elbow hurts and right breast hurts neck feels stiff. Facial scab was ripped off and bled.
