Before the incident
On C1 PTU offload there was a rack of parts elevated by the stacker machine. An operator was putting a finished part in this elevated rack. While the operator was placing the finished part in the rack another operator lowered the rack so that he could put a finished goods label on the rack. When this happened the rack lowered onto the first operators foot causing an injury.
