What happened
While performing task of placing marking tape on bin locations in blue bin aisle [REDACTED] I ran tape down the front of the location and bent over to cut tape on the floor & when I went to raise back up I could not stand up straight & felt pain in my lower back. I did 10 rows of taping prior to this. This is not an everyday task.
