Sitting in a chair at the nurses station
What happened
Employee was sitting in chair prior and wanted to strecth reaching both arms over back in a chair that can tilt backwards. As she stretched the chair wheels were not longer able to maintain and upright position and created the chair to tip all the backwards resulting in the employee falling with the chair. Employee had immediate onset of pain in the rib section on the right side lateral back side.
