Before the incident
Walking to the back of the truck to continue unloading the truck.
What happened
After carrying a mattress upstairs I was heading back to the end of the truck to continue unloading going down the incline of the parking lot . while going to the truck I slipped on ice under a patch of snow falling and causing my left knee cap to be dislocated to the left. I was unable to go to extend or retract my left leg below the knee unable to stand on my own. Co worker called for an ambulance I called my supervisor to inform her of the incident.
