The [REDACTED] was going after the dog as it was barking [REDACTED] asked the [REDACTED] to restrain it at which point the [REDACTED] stated to her that the dog didnt bite. She did not make and attempt to restrain it. At which point the dog while aggressively barking jumped on a tool box and bit [REDACTED] on her right thigh.The [REDACTED] picked up the dog and took it away after it had bitten [REDACTED] following no attempts to restrain it before.
