Before the incident
Moving motor and vacuum pump.
What happened
Two person task of moving motor and vacuum pump on skates into door 4 vacuum room. Once inside the unit had to be turned 180 degrees. While turning the unit operator choose to use body force to try to turn unit. Operator spilled on pellets on floor and fell on right shoulder on stand of the unit. Operator also hit their head causes some scratches - no visible blood. Co-worder ask if the employee was ok and which time he said yes.
