What happened
driving south bound. Vehicle in north bound center lane was waiting to turn left. This vehicle was struck in the rear and crossed over the center line directly in the path of our truck
Injury or illness
Our truck caught fire after impacting the vehicle that was pushed across the center line. The truck went off an embankment and into some trees. The employee received broken ribs contusions and a shoulder injury as well as PTSD from the incident.
