What happened
While pulling out from a stack of wood pulp he caught the next stack with the forklifts mast. When he did this he stopped then proceeded to go forward. As he was going forward the stack began to fall onto his machine. As the stack was falling he jumped off of his machine that is when the top pale landed on top of him.
