What happened
A contracting technician suffered a minor cut after performing a job in sub-assembly area while setting the front fascia back on the teardown parts rack the technician placed the bumper in the incorrect position front facing downward. The technician was trying to set it in the correct position and in doing so grabbed the fascia by one of the areas that cutout and while trying to lift fascia overhead the fascia slipped and lost their grip and a part of the fascia cut right inner thumb.
