What happened
EE worked a half day [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] he was assigned to pick the mezz and did so and left at [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Around [REDACTED] he called the PDC and I answered the phone and it sounded like he was in pain so I asked if he was Ok? His reply was “no not really I got a pretty good stinger while maneuvering my [REDACTED] Cart back to the [REDACTED].” I asked what had happened and he tells me that after bringing up his totes that he picked for the stock batch to place on the racking near UPS Pack Supervisor office he parked the cart on the back side of the guard rail behind the UPS Stand-Ups. As he came out of the breakroom to head back towards the mezz he maneuvered the cart to the left drive lane between UPS and the Stand-ups as he shifted the cart left he proceeded to push the cart forward and didn’t realize that he did not pass the guard rail fully and the back wheel of the cart caught the very edge of the guard rail bottom and jammed his right arm. He continued
