Before the incident
She was working with her patients and took them to another patient 's home. While she was there she began insulting and engaging with a different patient. The patient became aggravated and approached her. She wouldn 't move out of the patients way and refused to de-escalate the situation. Other staff members advised her to step away but she wouldn 't budge.
