Before the incident
I went to move the [REDACTED] as it looked as though it was going to fall towards my Pt.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at about 0650 hours I was in the back with my Pt and we were starting to transport when I observed the [REDACTED] had been set atop the IV tray on the counter next to the CPR seat and it looked as though it was going to fall off towards my Pt. I stood up to push it back farther on the shelf as my partner accelerated along the side of the rail road tracks where we had been parked hitting a large dip or bump throwing me towards the driverside of the box. My R knee hit the rail on the cot and hyperextended making a popping feeling I was on the phone with the ER in [REDACTED] at the time and my phone was knocked from my hand. The nurse on the phone asked if I was okay when I was able to retrieve the phone. The knee was painful initially and I had to just sit and rest it for a moment before continuing.
