Packing wrapping pallets

[REDACTED] was pulling an order on a pallet jack from the production line to his packing area. This was a pallet jack with a full order. [REDACTED] should have pushed the order with the pallet jack rather than pulled it per safety guidelines. However he pulled the equipment turned away from it and as he turned the pallet jack kept rolling and hit his ankle. He denied treatment and worked the remainder of his shift then alerted us he needed to seek treatment on the morning of the [REDACTED].

The back lateral portion of his right foot was rolled over by a pallet jack. On the 18th [REDACTED] presented with swelling on the right foot on the lateral edge and he had trouble putting weight on his foot. He was sent home from the doctor with prescription medication a boot on his right foot and restrictions that prevent him from walking or standing or completing any aspect of his job.
