Caregiver was working outside on a leak in the ditch.

Caregiver states he was walking back from water source to leak in ditch. He had made the trip several times turning water off and on trying to find source of leak. Caregiver reports walking on uneven gravel ground when he stepped off the curb he instantly felt his R knee pop followed by shooting pain behind the knee cap.
