Good evening team There is an injury that occurred on [REDACTED] towards the close of the shift that the selector notified us on [REDACTED] As I was doing aisle walks [REDACTED] with [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] of Operations we noticed a selector awkwardly limping and approached him to see if he was ok He explained that on [REDACTED] he was reaching up to the 3rd level at a bay aisle and bay s [REDACTED] in the Dry area and as he reached up to get the product he felt a pinch in his back On [REDACTED] he came to work feeling ok but as the night progressed he began feeling pain in the area where he felt the pull We asked him if he wanted to leave and he said he was ok and all he needed to do was finish out the night to go home to rest The manager asked if he wanted to seek care and he said he was ok [REDACTED] at the start of the shift he came in very uncomfortable and was not able to sit He said he thought he would feel better but has realized he is still in pain We asked if he wanted to
