Good afternoon [REDACTED] The incident occurred at [REDACTED] I was removing the items from the pallet to stack them on the hand truck During the process of removing the items from the pallet I felt a sharp pain in my lower back I stopped for a few minutes to see if the pain would go away I was able to finish the stop and then complete my last stop I figured that because I was off on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] I would have enough rest and I would be good to go by [REDACTED] My back is still hurting and its hard to stand up straight
