What happened
I WAS TRYING TO GET THE PT OFF A CHAIR BECAUSE SHE WAS THREATING TO HARM HERSELF AND OTHERS. WHEN THE OTHER PCT AND I WENT HANDS ON THE PT SHE HIT THE OTHER PCT AND SO I TRIED TO PUT THE PT IN A SIDE BODY HOLD BUT SHE ENDED UP HEAD-BUTTING ME. THE OTHER STAFF TRIED TO GET HER IN ANOTHER HOLD BUT WHEN I TRIED TO HELP I WAS HEAD BUTTED AGAIN AND WAS HIT IN THE MOUTH AS WELL MY LIP STARTED TO SWELL AND BECAME SWOLLEN AND SORE.
