The loader went to pick up a pallet staged in aisle 14 Someone had staged it next to an I beam and another person had came through and smashed an empty pallet stored across the aisle from the I beam The loader backed under the pallet then got off to make sure the pallet was in good shape he did not see the broken board behind him and stepped on two nails that went through his boot
