What happened
The selector was going to get a set of three pallets for the batch they clicked in When the selector went over to the area they went to put down the pallets and back out of the area they noticed one of the Capstone associates were behind them The associate stated that the Capstone associate smashed them inside the pallets when he told the associate to stop the Capstone associate pushed more After this the selector went to aisle 1011101 to pick an item when another selector came around the corner they hit the C pallet and knocked everything over This caused the Selector who got injured to come off their jack and land on their ankle wrong Another selector saw this happen and went to go get management to help the associate who got injured During this time the injured selector continued to pick until three members of management got to the scene Once management got on the scene they took the associate off the floor to get information about the incident
