The associate was picking an item before the injury occurred

Associate was picking on aisle 14 on level one The associate got to slot 1417801 to pick item 3011822 which was a case of yellow onions When the associate went to bend down to pick up the item they hit their head on a pallet on the level just above the item Once this happened the associate got very lightheaded and had the symptoms of a migraine but they continued to pick until they got to aisle 16 Once they got to aisle 16 they felt very lightheaded and needed to sit down Once they did this they went to go report this injury to a manager At the time of the reporting the associate had a knot the size of a quarter on the front left side of the head
