Pulling a strap to close the rear door

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] US Foods Delivery Driver [REDACTED] returned from his route emptied his truck and then proceeded to the truck washing station which he normally does Then using a pressure washer he rinsed out the back of his truck After he finished he wound the hose and racked the wand He then used his right hand to pull on a strap attached to the door handle And with his left hand he guided the door During the downward motion his lefthand middle and ring fingers got pinched in between two door panels The incident did not involve any other employees Contributing factors are a learned behavior while operating his previous truck for months where he was forced to use both hands to open and close the rear door
