On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] US FOODS delivery driver [REDACTED] was on location at [REDACTED] When the injury occurred the driver was inside the freezer compartment of the trailer stacking cases onto his dolly After stacking the driver attempted to break back the dolly but it was positioned too close to wall to gain leverage So the driver decided to use brute force to break back the dolly He positioned himself inside the small space between the wall and the dolly then shoved the dolly forward with his right foot This kicking motion caused the drivers right foot to slip forward while his left foot simultaneously slid back contacting a rigid metal pallet guard The force of the impact against the pallet guard caused the driver to experience a sharp pain starting at the heel of his left foot After the injury planting his left foot became very uncomfortable The driver was able to complete the last two stops The incident did not involve other employees The injury occurred due t
