On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] US Foods driver was working on the [REDACTED] division yard when an incident occurred The employee stated that during loading his hand truck onto the rear of the trailer he felt a sharp pain in the mid back area on his left side The incident does not involve another employee The injury was due to ergonomics Contributing factors include failure to complete the preshift stretches as a part of the warmup routine The employee contacted the Sedgwick Nurse Line and was offered first aid which he denied The nurse then referred him for a clinic evaluation The employee is cleared to return to work full duty on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is not a scheduled workday for him
