The camp instructor was gathering the campers from the [REDACTED] to go back into the building so the campers could be checked out for the [REDACTED].

The Instructor had asked one of the campers to get off the swing and go to the building for the end of day 's activities. The camper became upset and began stemming where he started to yell and jump up and down. The camper began running toward the street curb where cars were moving to pick up other campers. The instructor held the upset camper back from running into the moving traffic. The camper began to stick the instructor on the head and bite her left shoulder.

Bruise to the top of her head and bite marks on her left shoulder.
