On the morning of [REDACTED] two employees were involved in a dispute within the facility. At approx. [REDACTED] the two employees exited the facility via the front employee entrance (next to the lobby entrance) and made their way to the parking lot where one of the employees entered their vehicle. The other employee approached and the employee sitting in the vehicle brandished a weapon a fired at the other employee striking the employee in the waist area resulting in injury.
