What happened
Employee was assembling MPL 's at station 4. She went to grab more bars and cut the tape holding the bundles of bars together. Upon cutting the tape the knife blade fell out of the knife falling to the floor. She took the cut glove off to pick up the blade. She then attempted to reinsert the blade back into the knife. Upon pushing the blade in her hand slipped cutting the inside of her right palm.
