While cutting and grinding angle clips off of a rack the employee was moving to another location sitting on a 18 inch mechanics roll stool. In process the rear wheels became stuck in a joint in the cement. They leaned forward and pushed and the stool went backwards and the employee went down. They used their hands to stop the fall and bent a finger on their right hand. [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) at [REDACTED] the employee stated they had worked at another facility on [REDACTED] doing similar work and now it was stiff and sore to bend and requested to go to the clinic.
