Employee was sanding down a frame that was on the finshing conveyor line prior to it being sprayed by finish

While sanding the frame that is secured down by bungy cords to a transfer cart that rides the conveyor. Employee was lifting up on the frame to sand the bungy cord came loose. When the bungy cord came loose that caused the force of lifting the footboard frame to forcefully strike the employee in the face just above the right check bone and nose causing Nasal septum fracture.
