Playing basketball

2 students who I have been building a relationship with asked me if I would play basketball with them during gym class. I accepted & we played a little warm up game. I pivoted on my left foot and it felt like I got hit with something. I went to stand up and that 's when I knew something was wrong. My left foot felt like I was wearing a high heel shoes.

Left Achilles tore

Nothing

Ruptured left [REDACTED] tendon from playing basketball with students
