Gathering the product he needed for the shelf

He was directly under the steel rack where our backs stock is located The racking system used at [REDACTED] is not high enough where our merchandiser can stand up straight which made [REDACTED] over a little bit to gather what he needed At some point he straightened out and did not clear the steel rack causing him to hit his head against it

Head injury He was getting product from the backroom to fill the shelf and as he was gathering everything he needed He had to bend down to be underneath the steel rack when he was still underneath the rack he picked his head up and hit the steel rack that is over our product
