SHE WAS PULLING SOME BINS OFF THE BOTTOM SHELF THAT DID NOT BELONG THERE AND LOST HER BALANCE. IN THE PROCESS SHE GOT HER PROSTHETIC LEG CAUGHT UP IN A BOX AND FELL ON HER RIGHT SIDE.
