While working on a [REDACTED] improvement project [REDACTED] was injured by a steel fixture [REDACTED] was attempting to slide the fixture further back on the shelf This movement caused the base of the fixture to suddenly fall between the shelving supports The result was the fixture suddenly falling down creating a pinch point which ultimately smashed the index and middle of the right hand
