[REDACTED] was installing the left head bump when the accident accrued Per [REDACTED] he had just cut the end of the head bump with the hose cutters and placed the cutter down on the jump seat open just in case he needed to cut more off [REDACTED] then picked up the drill and started drilling a button hole during that time he bumped or moved the jump seat causing the cutters to fall with the blade open the falling cutters cut him on the front of the right leg causing a cut that took 13 staples to close [REDACTED] came back to work at [REDACTED] on the same day with no restriction
