Employee was checking propane tanks on one of the units so he kneeled down to check under the unit As his right knee was kneeled down when he made the motion to stand up he felt a pop in his right knee He felt a sharp pain but did not pay attention to it and the pain subsided Come [REDACTED] morning employee could not walk on right leg without support Employee reported it to the safety ambassador who sent him to his supervisor the procedure was followed and the employee was sent to the clinic that day to receive treatment and he was diagnosed with Patellar tendinitis and Prepatellar bursitis Employee can not do any kneeling and is limited to sitting work only
