Helping to line up grille

Pilot build for new hood. Hood is larger than current hood. Grille also needed installed on hood line which is new to TMs. TMs were under hood to help with grille installation as it wasn 't lining up while Pilot team was hitting front of grille to try and get it installed. While hitting the grille the hood was pushed back on the trolley stand and caused hood to fall off the back of the stand on to the TMs heads.
